Adults Classes: Acro and Tumbling


At the basic level tumbling encompasses childhood favourites such as forward rolls and cartwheels whilst working it's way up to all sorts of flips and turns. Tumbling is an excellent all over fitness skill building complete body strength. Acro will see you working with others to build human pyrmaids.

Tuesday 10 October - 19 December - 6.30pm-9.00pm - 10 Sessions for $320.00

This class is suitable for beginners to advanced participants. Learn or further develop the fundamental skills for tumbling. This class will focus on conditioning drills, handstands, tumbling basics through to more advanced skills. Please note, this class is usually available as a term booking or a drop in class. 

Drop in price is $32 or $30 concession, please pay cash at the class. Drop in places are limited.

Thursday 12 October- 21 December - 6.30pm-8.30pm - 11 Sessions for $352.00

This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced participants who are interested in further developing or honing their tumbling skills. Previous tumbling experience is essential for this class. Please note this is not a drop in class. Bookings are required.

Learn the art of stacking people on top of each other safely. Includes handstands, stacking shapes, counter-balances, tempo moves and various combinations of the above. Suitable for beginners to advanced participants.
