At the basic level tumbling encompasses childhood favourites such as forward rolls and cartwheels whilst working it's way up to all sorts of flips and turns. Tumbling is an excellent all over fitness skill building complete body strength. Acro will see you working with others to build human pyramids.

Monday 3rd February - Monday 23rd March - 7 x 1.5 hour sessions for $199.50

This class will focus on improving your technique and balance time in various handstand shapes, as well as gaining confidence in practicing handstands independently and learning safe dismount techniques. The conditioning component of the class will focus on building the strength and flexibility to get the most out of your handstands.

*Previous experience required.

This class is suitable for experienced intermediate-level participants. Learn or further develop the fundamental skills for tumbling with a focus on conditioning drills, handstands, tumbling basics through to more advanced skills. Participants enrolling into this class should be capable of – or close to achieving – a front handspring. Learn the art of stacking people on top of each other safely. Includes handstands, stacking shapes, counter-balances, tempo moves and various combinations of the above. Suitable for beginners to advanced participants.
