Head of Marketing
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the marketing activities of Circus Oz, with a strong focus on the management of the Circus Oz brand, the development of audiences and the appropriate representation of the various projects and activities to the market place. Working closely with the General Manager, Executive Director and the Circus Oz Board, the successful candidate will have a strategic focus and creative flair, complemented by demonstrable experience in developing and implementing integrated, effective campaigns to market. With experience in team leadership and financial management, the Head of Marketing will have highly developed project management skills, excellent ability to rapidly and simultaneously manage multiple projects, high attention to detail, a thorough understanding of the campaign process and collaborative and persuasive communication skills.
The position is currently full-time, however Circus Oz is open to discussing flexible work arrangements with suitably qualified candidates.
