The Production Manager provides oversight and coordination for planning, scheduling, staffing and budgeting processes associated with Circus Oz show creation, seasons and tours, alongside operations in the Circus Oz Creative Hub. Together with an overall focus on workplace health and safety, this key role manages production and technical requirements for Circus Oz to ensure effective operations, particularly for rehearsals, seasons and shows. Extremely good attention to detail, significant live performance production management experience, and an understanding and passion for the creative process is required, complemented by strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and an ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
